Roasted tea (hojicha 焙じ茶) is a green tea roasted in an iron pot over charcoal, which makes it sweeter and less astringent. It has a lovely toasted flavor and gives off a deep roasted aroma with hints of cocoa. Our organic hoji tea is warm, comforting, and mild enough to drink any time of day.
